Today we put Nassau County on notice that exonerated client Joseph Jackson intends to file a wrongful conviction lawsuit after spending over 23 years in jail. Nassau County's own DA moved earlier this month to vacate Mr. Jackson's 25-year to life murder conviction after conceding Brady violations.
