As experienced federal litigators and former government defense attorneys, we know how to win civil rights cases.

Baree N. Fett has won multiple jury awards in high-profile cases.

After graduating from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Baree began her career representing plaintiffs in employment and disability discrimination cases.

While working for the City of New York's Law Department in the elite Special Federal Litigation Division, Baree met Gabe Harvis, a Brooklyn Law School graduate who had been appointed Assistant Corporation Counsel by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg.

At the Law Department, Gabe and Baree won federal jury trials and worked on complex class action and wrongful death cases involving the NYPD and the City Correction Department.

Now working together in private practice, Gabe and Baree focus on representing civil rights plaintiffs in federal lawsuits who seek money damages and institutional reform.
